Thomas R. Perry
August 10, 1954 - June 21, 2018
Thomas R. Perry, age 63, from North Liberty, IA died June 21, 2018. Tom
was born in Baltimore, MD on August 10, 1954 to Mervin and Evangeline
Perry. He married Diane L. Hudson on April 26, 1975 in North Liberty.
Tom served in the Navy, worked at Proctor and Gamble, and owned The
Woodshed flooring company.
For many years Tom was a member of New
Covenant Bible Church, and was currently a member of Calvary Baptist
Church.
Tom loved his family, and is survived by Diane Perry, his wife
of 43 years, 6 children and their spouses – Jenifer (David) Bartsch,
Julie (Daniel) Johnson, Eric (Candace) Perry, Nathan (Elaine) Perry,
Karl Perry, and Katrina Perry. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren
and 4 brothers and sisters.
Memorial services will be held on July
9, 2018 at 11 AM at Calvary Baptist Church in Cedar Rapids, IA with a time
to meet with the family at 9:30 AM. Tom’s final resting place will be
Ridgewood Cemetery in North Liberty.
